I believe empathy is a shortcut in design. To be able to relate with people and see their potential thought processes and reasons just shorten the way to understanding.

Asking why to do something, before asking what to do, is another thing I strongly believe in.

I rely heavily on my intuition, but I’m always analytical when applying it. Understanding what leads the gut feeling usually steers me to the insight itself.

Although I entered design through textile design and I am still keen on the materials, I am too passionate about the complexity in this world. This passion has inconspicuously lead me towards projects in service design.

In 2020 I graduated MSc Design and Technology Futures (joint program between the Estonian Academy of Arts and Tallinn University of Technology) cum laude and am currently applying myself in service- and strategic design at Trinidad Wiseman.
